About Me
I’ve worked in General Practice for 30 years and remain convinced it’s the best place in the NHS. After qualifying I explored several healthcare roles, but Practice Nursing offered the variety, challenge and satisfaction that shaped my professional growth while discovering my true passion for helping others thrive. Mentoring through the nursing fellowship scheme allowed me the joy and privilege of supporting colleagues beginning their practice nursing journey. I’m pleased to continue this work with GPMplus, combining clinical expertise, teaching experience with ILM5 coaching and mentoring qualification. Outside work, I enjoy walking, playing the piano and family time.

About Me
I’m a GP with over a decade of NHS experience as a salaried doctor, locum, frailty GP and Macmillan GP. I’ve built a portfolio career spanning teaching, cancer care and lifestyle medicine, and I recently qualified as an Independent Funeral Celebrant. Personal loss shaped my interest in bereavement coaching, and I also support people living with chronic conditions. Through GPM+, I help individuals clarify what matters and move toward more fulfilling futures. As a mum of four and outdoor enthusiast, nature keeps me grounded and energised, and I’m always happy to hold coaching sessions outside when it feels right too.

About Me
I spent 29 years as a GP partner in Skipton before moving into a salaried role, and education has always been a real passion. As a GP trainer, TPD, F2 supervisor and medical student teacher, I loved supporting learners and found those roles deepened my own understanding of general practice. That naturally led me into coaching. Having benefited from informal mentoring myself, I know how powerful it can be, and I’ve since coached for Yorkshire & Humber HEE and mentored with GPMplus, supporting GPs, trainees, practice managers and allied professionals. Outside work, I enjoy walking, cycling, gardening and time with my dog.

About Me
I am a 4 session GP Partner in Bradford with over 20 years’ experience. I have previously been a trainer and now work as a GP Appraiser and Appraisal Lead. I helped design the local GP Mentoring service and run part of the regional wellbeing and resilience programme for the LMC. Holding an ILM 5 qualification, I strongly believe everyone can find a role that matches their skills and values. Having experienced burnout myself, I have a particular interest in supporting clinicians through stress, adverse events and recovery. Outside work, I’m married to a GP, have two sons, and enjoy jazz piano and cycling.

About Me
I am a GP Partner in Bradford and t a certified Tiny Habits® Behaviour Change Coach and GP mentor. My interest in supporting colleagues grew from my own experience of burnout ten years ago, which led me to step away from partnership and learn the importance of prioritising personal wellbeing. This insight shapes the mentoring approach I bring to GPM+. Outside of work, I enjoy singing in a choir as well as spending time with my husband and three kids.

About Me
I have been a partner in a busy split site practice in East Leeds for 20+ years with no two the same. I love being a GP trainer but it is mentoring and coaching, both giving and receiving, that I have found truly transformative. I also run The Green Practice workshop for the GPMplus Healthy Practice programme and co chair the Leeds branch of Greener Practice. I have mentored for several years, including on the West Yorkshire new to practice fellowship, and hold the ILM coaching qualification. Outside medicine, you will find me in my unruly garden, listening to music or writing fiction.

About Me
I’m a former GP with 35 years’ experience as a locum, partner and salaried doctor across North and West Yorkshire. My background includes over ten years of GP commissioning as well as training, appraisal, LMC and Medical Examiner roles, giving me a broad view of how the NHS works—and often doesn’t. I have supported GPs and practice managers with workload, burnout, career change and complex situations. I’m known for listening, challenging constructively and offering practical ideas. There’s a bit more here.

About Me
I’ve been a GP Partner in East Yorkshire for 22 years, following a decade in hospital medicine. Alongside my clinical work, I’m a GP Appraiser, Mentor, GPMplus Facilitator and Clinical Tutor at Hull York Medical School. Leading a large single practice PCN team has shaped my interest in team dynamics, compassionate leadership, interpersonal relationships and reducing burnout, as well as supporting colleagues navigating retirement planning. I see mentoring as a shared journey—two people in a boat, with you steering toward clarity and confidence. I believe resilience comes from managing energy. I recharge through ultramarathons, triathlon, gardening and a little weekend baking.
