Referrals do not include personal data; individuals (“Mentees”) choose whether to register and provide their information via our website.

C. If you are an LMC contact:

Mentors:

Mentees:

Contractors:

  • National Insurance number and bank details.

7. Further Information Collected

To deliver the service, we may store:

  • Email correspondence between Mentor and Mentee.

This information is shared only between Mentor and Mentee.

Mentors’ handwritten notes are securely destroyed or returned after sessions.

Mentees:

  • Shared with Mentors (contact details and mentoring needs).
  • Anonymised data shared for reporting purposes.

Contractors:

  • Shared for payment processing and operational support.

Education services users:

  • Shared with trainers, speakers, or venues (limited to necessary details).
