The Healthy Practice Programmes are designed to ensure your practice is a good place to work and a good place to be a patient. Each program focuses on improving communication and building a positive workplace culture.
A programme to suit you
What you can expect from GPMplus?
There are different programmes to choose from, based on what level of support you feel your practice needs. All of our programmes include:
Support
- A dedicated and trained facilitator who will provide you with support via 1:1 meetings
- A facilitator who has real experience of working in General Practice as a GP or Practice Manager
- A tailored culture survey to assess your practice’s wellbeing
- A structured dashboard which will support your progress through the programme
What do we need from you?
We ask that you set up a Healthy Practice Leadership Team, to get the most out of this programme. We recommend the practice manager and one partner as a minimum.
Core Programmes
Foundation
Includes:
- Bespoke Culture Survey
- Detailed data report
- Video call with your Healthy Practice Facilitator (60 min)
- Costings:
- £500 – small practice (up to 30 employees)
- £750 – medium practice (31-75 employees)
- £1000 – large practice (over 75 employees)
Focus
Includes:
- Bespoke culture survey*
- Detailed data report*
- Temperature check survey and reports (x7)
- Regular video calls with your healthy practice facilitator (4.5 hours in total)
- Access to our healthy practice tools
- Costings:
- £1200 – small practice (up to 30 employees)
- £1500 – medium practice (31-75 employees)
- £1800 – large practice (over 75 employees)
- *These elements are the foundation programme. You can either start at Focus immediately, or you can start at Foundation and upgrade to focus within 3 months. If you upgrade we will deduct the Foundation cost from your Focus charge
Flourish
Requires completion of the Foundation or Focus programme within the last 12 months.
- Repeat culture survey
- Detailed data report, including comparison against previous data
- Video call with your Healthy Practice Facilitator (60 min)

- £400 – small practice (up to 30 employees)
- £600 – medium practice (31-75 employees)
- £800 – large practice (over 75 employees)
