Foundation
Start your mentoring journey with a discovery session. Begin by choosing your preferred GPMplus mentor and completing a free personality questionnaire.
You will then receive a 90 minute session with your mentor. During this you will be encouraged to reflect on your personality traits in context with the specific issues or challenges you face.
Your mentor will listen, understand your situation, and help you consider ways forward.
This can be a standalone discovery session or you can choose to follow this up with further sessions or a mentoring package from GPMplus if you wish.
Cost: £250
Focus
A Focus package of 4 x 1 hour mentoring sessions allows you to explore your situation and shape your way forward in more depth.
Cost: £700
Flourish
A Flourish package of 8×1 hour mentoring sessions allows you to explore your situation and shape your way forward in more depth.
Cost: £1200
Recommendation: start with Foundation, then move to Focus or Flourish.

Most people benefit from 4 or 8 sessions. Foundation lets you try mentoring first.
Can I buy mentoring on a pay-as-you-go basis?
Yes. On completion of a foundation session or a 4 or 8 session bundle you can buy individual 1 hour sessions at £180
What can I discuss with a mentor?
Anything related to personal or professional development, career challenges, or opportunities.
How are mentoring sessions hosted?
Via video call.
