DNA policy
The following will apply to attendees who regularly do not
attend courses and do not cancel their place:
1 instance of DNA – the GPM plus hub to record the
name of the staff member and practice who fails to attend 1 course in a 6 month
period
2 instances of DNA – any staff member failing to
attend 2 courses within a 6 month period will receive a communication detailing
what has been missed and requesting that care be taken to avoid a re-occurrence
and that a further DNA (unless exceptional circumstances) will result in that staff
member being unable to book on future courses. The Practice Manager/senior
partner will also be informed.
3 or more instances DNA – any staff member failing to
attend 3 courses within a 6 month period will receive a communication detailing
what has been missed and advising that they will be unable to book on future
courses for a period of 3 months. The
Practice Manager/senior partner will also be informed.
