GPMplus is the trading name of LMC Services Yorkshire CIC, which delivers a range of wellbeing support services to primary care colleagues and teams.

LMC Services Yorkshire CIC was created by YORLMC, the professional voice for all NHS GPs and practice teams across North Yorkshire, the City of York, Bradford District and Craven.

YORLMC aspired to create additional capacity that would enable additional peer support and help be given to individual GPs and members of the wider General Practice and Primary Care teams.

LMC Services CIC has developed a programme of wellbeing services, schemes and events to support wellbeing and enable individuals to look after their own health and know when to seek help before difficulties arise, as well as supporting the resilience of teams.

LMC Services Yorkshire CIC programmes are directly supported by NHSE/I resilience grant funds which means that the services offered can be delivered free at the point of access. YORLMC Ltd and LMC Services Yorkshire CIC thank NHSE/I and the CCGs operating in the North Yorkshire and Humber and West Yorkshire ICS regions for their ongoing support.

She is responsible for ensuring the work carried out by YORLMC Ltd is appropriately resourced and in recent years Angela has secured significant funds predominantly by bidding for grants from NHSE. This represents additional funding and is being used to support General Practice in a myriad of ways, including developing and supporting delivery of new services.  She will continue to work hard to secure funding from other sources that will supplement the levy.

In addition to continuing the development of the YORLMC Corporate Affairs Team, Angela will also work closely with the Chair of YORLMC’s Board to set agendas that will deliver organisational success.

Angela has been involved with YORLMC since 2002 and is a Director of YORLMC Ltd and of LMC Services Yorkshire CIC.
