Team Resilience - what you need to have a flourishing team

Course summary: 
This programme will provide practical tools and techniques to build team resilience, including the following:

  • Appreciate where gaps may exist in the resilience of your own team and organisation
  • Understanding where best to deploy limited practice resources for maximum benefit
  • How to streamline and automate management processes to enhance job satisfaction for team members
  • Why communication is critical and mutual performance monitoring and backup behaviour supports and sustains team members
  • Why understanding team members signature strengths can help in redesigning responsibilities and ensuring we have the best candidate for each role
  • How to establish a growth mindset culture in a practice
  • To help develop a Healthy Practice as a great place to work and be a patient.

There will be a small amount of pre course preparation (max 30 min) shared with you, to help you get the most out of the course.

Course format:

The course will be run via zoom – a joining link will be shared with you a few days before the event. We provide interactive sessions with between 3 and 12 delegates allowing opportunity for small group discussions. Please therefore ensure you can log in using your own device (rather than sharing devices with colleagues) with sound and video.

 

Cost:

The course is fully funded however we do request a £10 donation per delegate to the Cameron Fund. The donation is optional – to book a place without making the online donation please contact us.

 

Cancellations:

If you are unable to attend please consider whether your place can be used by a colleague. Late cancellations and DNAs are costly in terms of both finance and time – if you need to cancel please let us know at least 5 days before the course date.
